SheetDiff Terms of Service

By using SheetDiff, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.

License

SheetDiff grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the add-on for your own internal spreadsheet comparison workflows.

Free and Paid Access

The free tier currently includes up to 5 comparisons per day and up to 500 data rows per comparison. Paid access unlocks advanced comparison features and removes those free-tier caps.

Default launch pricing: SheetDiff Pro is sold for $29 one-time and includes cross-file comparison, side-by-side review, CSV export, highlight tools, duplicate resolution, merge review, saved presets, and scheduled summaries.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SheetDiff in a way that breaks the service, violates applicable law, or attempts to bypass licensing or usage limits.

No Warranty

SheetDiff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before applying changes to source sheets.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetDiff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the add-on.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase by contacting support.
